Image to HTML converter

Image to HTML converter takes, you guessed it, an image and converts it to HTML. Makes sense. An image is made up of pixels, so why the heck not! At first, it might seem like just an “Oh wow, neat” but the idea of using it for navigation buttons is interesting. Though, now, I usually do CSS and that’s fine.
