Web or web?

University of Colorado’s Style Guide breaks it down stupid style. I write a web page for the Web since I’m a web developer. I heart the Web. Eh?

Dictionary.com kinda agrees. Seem a lot of writing style guides out there don’t. Ouch. My brain.

For the record, I like:

internet not Internet
the web not the Web
email not E-mail or e-mail
home page or homepage
web page or webpage but not Web page
website or site not Web site or Website
potato not potato
